Learn the secret of how to become an effective Hot Yoga Teacher as well as the knowledge to sequence an effective Vinyasa Flo class in a hot room!
Passion and dedication is all you need to embark on this journey. Our Hot Yoga Teacher program will prepare you to teach in a hot environment. A consistent practice of the 26+2 Hot Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga is always recommended.

Inferno Pilates is a proven method to help create long, lean muscle mass and burn fat. Results are super fast! This whole body workout builds a stronger core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility.
Inferno Pilates is performed on a yoga mat in a medium heated room of about 95 degrees F and 40% humidity, to help protect joints and muscles from impact and injury, while the heat keeps the muscles warm and ready.
This module of training uses High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) plus Pilates’ principles working the entire body. The high intensity workout strengthen lean muscles, and low-impact to keep joints healthy.
Learn how to sequence a variety of core strength building exercise and glute activation moves. Design a class that is effective, intelligently thought out to create fast results, build long, lean muscle mass, and burn fat!
