Inferno Hot Pilates
Are you interested in learning how to become an Inferno Hot Pilates Instructor?
Inferno Hot Pilates is a proven method to help create long, lean muscle mass and burn fat. Results are super fast! This whole body workout builds a stronger core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. Inferno Hot Pilates is performed on a yoga mat in a medium heated room of about 95 degrees farenheit and 40% humidity, to help protect joints and muscles from impact and injury, while the heat keeps the muscles warm and ready.
This module of training uses High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) plus Pilates’ principles working the entire body. The high intensity workout strengthen lean muscles, and low-impact to keep joints healthy. Learn how to sequence a variety of core strength building exercise and glute activation moves. Design a class that is effective, intelligently thought out to create fast results, build long, lean muscle mass, and burn fat!
Basic HIIT Training, plus Tabata, using bodyweight, Signature moves, Sequencing and more.
Advanced sequencing and HIIT Intervals using light/medium hand weights and resistance bands.
