Levelup is more than just your regular neighbourhood Hot Yoga studio.
Our classes are consistent to classic and ongoing workout trends, implementing safe and effective fitness concept into our group training programs to positively impact all levels of the human health from the physical, mental and hollistic perspective.
Our Hot HIIT style class lasts between 45-60 minutes, incorporating a mixture of cardio HIIT training plus Yoga/Pilates inspired strength and resistance training.
At Levelup, a typical Yoga class can be a hot and sweaty 60 or 90 minutes or a Flo style performed in cooler room temperature.

Purchase An Intro offer
We offer two types of Intro to new members. Unlimited Intro 2 Weeks or Limited Intro 2 Weeks (Book up to 5 classes), both allows 2 weeks of a trial period. to book classes. Choose a membership that most suit your needs.
If you are looking to try a Zumba class, used code Zumba to buy a Zumba Drop-In with a discount of $5 as this is not included in your Intro passes.

Check attire and pack proper gear
Please bring a Yoga Mat, A Mat towel, Shower towels, water bottle and wear comfortable sports attire. We practice barefeet unless specified otherwise.
