Yin Yoga

  • Intro & Foundation of Yin Yoga - Literature and History (3 hrs)

  • Yin Yoga Principles and Philosophy (3 hrs)

  • ​Human Anatomy and Phisiology (30 hrs)

  • Teaching Methodology, Ethics and Professionalism (10 hrs)

  • Energy - Meridian/Nadi (4 hrs)

  • Meditation (1 hr)

  • Asanas and Structuring Class (2 hrs)

  • Yin Yoga Practice (4 hrs)

  • Mock Class (2 hrs)

  • Test (1 hr)

In these 50 hr Yin Yoga Certification course program, you will learn the techniques of Yin Yoga by diving deeper into the theory behind the practice, illustrating the energetic and psychological benefits. Master the art of teaching and learn useful modifications, when needed, and how to safely practice Yin Yoga as well as teach it to others.

Studying yoga and being able to support others in their journey of self-discovery, mindfulness, and wellbeing can bring incredible joy, balance, and confidence. Learn how to use your new knowledge of teaching and incorporate that into your own unique voice and style.

At the end of this course program, graduates will be awarded with an exclusive LYPA Yin Yoga Certificate and entitles to a special LYPA Pass to attend classes at Levelup Hot Yoga for a period of 1 month from the course date. You will also be supported in our LYPA New Teachers Program *subject to availability.

Part A - 21,22,23 APRIL 2023 (FRI/SAT/SUN)

Part B - 28,29,30 APRIL 2023 (FRI/SAT/SUN)

The total cost includes Part A & Part B tuition, practice classes during the training, and necessary materials to complete the training. You will also be given a special LYPA Pass to attend Yin Yoga classes at Levelup Hot Yoga valid for a period of 1 month from the first day of training.
