This 26 posture sequence + 2 breathing exercise, formerly known as Bikram Yoga, has been proven and experienced by millions around the world to systematically work every part of the body.
In this extensive course, you will learn how the internal organs, veins, ligaments and muscles benefit from the Yoga postures helping to maintain their optimum health and maximum function.
Learn about the Hot Yoga physiology of how each component takes care of something different in the body, and yet they all work together synergistically, contributing to the success of every other one, and extending its benefits.
If you have a fiery passion for this Hot Yoga practice, and a sincere desire to maintain and teach its benefits to others, this course is for you. You will gain the necessary knowledge and confidence to teach both 60 and 90 minutes classes without compensating any benefits of this amazing and therapeutic Hot Yoga sequence.

At the end of this course program, graduates will be awarded with an exclusive LYPA Hot Yoga Teacher Certificate and entitles to a special LYPA Pass to attend classes at Levelup Hot Yoga for a period of 3 months after graduating from the course. You will also be supported in our LYPA New Teachers Program.

Course Program Registration
CAD 3,500 *all price plus hst
A minimum deposit of CAD1000 accepted at time of registration with the rest of payment due at least 3 weeks before the first day of course training. *Should your application be rejected for any reason, this deposit is refundable to you. Once accepted, our studio terms & conditions of purchase policy will apply.
The total cost includes tuition, practice classes during the training, and necessary materials to complete the training.
During class practice:
Students will bring their own yoga mat and towels. Water refilling stations will be available on site when practicing in-studio. Drinks, yoga mats, clothing and other merchandise will be available for purchase. Bayview Village and Loblaws is a 3-5 minute walk across the street for Lunch break.
