Our Yoga classes are designed for everyone who wants to better the quality of their life, mentally, physically and perhaps spiritually. Our team and community of students are here as your support system. Most of our classes are heated which really helps with the initial inflexibility and we use simple props like blocks and hand-weights in some classes to help build strength and fle in a safe and accessible way.
The last couple of years have been tough on many, physically and mentally. Most have learned to steer away from human connection and experiment with available substitutions. Yet the missing link is still the in-person, human interraction that could lit up the lost spark or motivation needed to simply start getting active again.
Here, you will meet amazing students and teachers who will inspire you to keep working towards your goals and overcome personal challenges. Increase the frequency of your visits gradually and surely you will begin to see the positive impact on you and everyone around you!
