Class Booking and Check-ins
To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we recommend pre-registering and booking online for all classes. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early, check in at the front desk using the self-scanner or by mentioning your name. All payments must be completed prior to class; no exceptions. After class, members are required to exit the room within 5 minutes to allow time for turnover and studio disinfection.
Mat Towel Service
We offer convenient yoga mat and towel rentals for just $4 each, plus applicable taxes. While we encourage you to bring your own mats and towels, please remember to clean and sanitize them home after use, as we do not provide cleaning supplies at the studio. If you practice regularly and is looking to treat yourself, be sure to ask our staff about the Gold Mat Towel monthly auto-renew service, which includes three rental items per visit at a great rate! Important to note that we require all members to use mat towel on their mat in all our classes.
Arrive Late
To ensure a smooth start for everyone, please arrive at least 10 minutes early and be on your mat when class begins. The main studio door will be locked once class starts, and latecomers will not be admitted. If you are waitlisted, your spot will be given away before class starts, and your attendance will be marked as a no-show, incurring the applicable fee. Please arrive early!
Late-Cancels and No-Shows
Please note that to cancel a class, we require a minimum of three (3) hours' notice to receive a class credit. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee of $15, and your class will not be rescheduled. The penalty fee is subject to change, so please check for the most current rate. Additionally, drop-in classes will be marked as used.
Wait-List
Join our waitlist if a class is fully booked for a chance to secure a spot! If a space opens up, you'll be automatically enrolled and notified via email. Please remember, a late-cancel fee or penalty applies if you cancel in less than 3 hours before the class starts. Additionally, if you're late, your reserved spot be released to another member on the waitlist just before class begins. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins.
Holiday Schedule
Please be aware that class schedules may change based our operational needs, including workshops and special events. We will keep members informed about holiday schedules through announcements in our app and via email notifications. During long weekends and holidays members on unlimited memberships are limited to one class per day, and any second bookings will be automatically cancelled without notification.
Refund
All purchases are non-refundable, non-extendable, and non-transferable, including intros, memberships, workshops, events, drop-ins, and all other plans and payments. Please note that classes are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee a spot in a fully booked class for unlimited memberships. Additionally we cannot guarantee specific results.
No Guarantee
Please note that the advertised room temperature for all classes is a guideline, and we cannot guarantee an exact temperature for any class. Instructors are unable to accommodate requests to adjust the heat for individual preferences during group classes. We are committed to offering you opportunities, classes, and support to help you achieve your goals. However, it's important to understand that your success is ultimately dependent your commitment. While we aim to foster a supportive environment, we cannot guarantee that all activities during membership will be supervised. Additionally, please be aware that class schedules and time are subject to change.
Events and Workshops
Please note that all Charity event accept cash only, payable at the studio on or before the day of the event. For all other events or workshops that require pre-registration and pre-payment, please be aware that these purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. No-shows or cancellations will not result in a refund, and any class session purchased will be considered used or void. For private events at the studio, please communicate via email to admin@leveluphotyoga.ca, and a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with full payment due at least one month prior to the event.
Children and Pets
For the safety and comfort of all members, we kindly ask that you leave children and pets at home during classes, massages, or any sessions. Your understanding and cooperation help us maintain focused environment for everyone. Please note that our staff are not equipped to supervise children.
Harrasment
At our facility, we uphold a zero-tolerance towards harassment of any kind, whether verbal, physical, or otherwise, directed at our staff, instructors, and therapists. If any member or patient makes our staff uncomfortable, the session will be terminated immediately, and the individual will asked to leave without a refund. Furthermore, we ensure that our members and patients are treated with the utmost respect and appropriate boundaries at all times.
No Soliciting & Loitering
No Soliciting Policy We prioritize focused and serene environment for all our members. Therefore, members are not permitted to linger in the studio without a clear purpose. When taking double classes, please return about 15 mins before the next class starts. Additionally, any form of harassment aimed at promoting or selling goods and services unrelated to Levelup Hot Yoga is strictly prohibited.
Cellphones
Please use cellphone discreetly and remain mindful of the surroundings during video calls. Video calls are not permitted in the shower, washroom areas, or hot room. Please make sure all ringers are turned off, and remember that cell phones are not allowed in the hot room at any time, except for staff on duty.
Workout Attire and Shoes
We encourage ladies to wear sports bras and shorts or leggings, while men may take their shirts off in the hot room. Please refrain from wearing thongs or underwear, as they can uncomfortable for both staff and members. For Zumba, wear comfortable sports attire and non-marking indoor shoes are required; remember to remove outdoor in the lobby and check in at the front desk before heading to the change rooms.
Glass Bottles
Please note that glass bottles are not allowed inside the practice room at any time. Accidents can occur, and if a glass bottle breaks, it could lead to a pause in the class. Since we are all barefoot, this creates an unsafe environment as glass shards may remain on the floor.
Lockers and Showers
We offer complimentary cell phone lockers, so please remember to bring your own lock. You'll find three showers in both the ladies' and men's areas, along with hair dryers and shower gel for your convenience. To ensure a smooth experience for all members, we kindly ask that you refrain from hair removal, applying hair dye, using hair masks, or spraying body oil in the shower and changing areas.
Lost & Found
Please be aware that any lost items such as yoga mats, bottles, and attire will be donated after one month if not claimed. Our studio cannot take responsibility for personal belongings left behind.
Odour and Fragrance
Our studio maintain a perfume-free environment to ensure everyone can fully enjoy their practice. We encourage you to utilize our shower facilities to rinse off any perfume residue after a long day at work before entering the hot room. Additionally, please be mindful of personal hygiene in group settings, and if you bring a mat sanitizer spray, make sure it's odourless.
Excessive Sweat
Members are to bring an extra large towel to wipe off any sweat that may pool around their yoga mat in the hot room, especially after a hot class. This helps prevent slipping and ensures a safe environment for everyone. We appreciate your responsibility and consideration towards other members. If you need additional towels, they are available for rent at the studio.
Noise
As you join us for your classes, please remember to keep conversations to a whisper or refrain from speaking altogether upon entering the room. This allows everyone to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, especially those who prefer to meditate before classes like Hot Yoga or Yin Yoga. In contrast, our high-energy classes such as Inferno Pilates and Zumba will have music and a more vibrant vibe, encouraging a lively and energetic experience. Thank you for being mindful and respectful of our space!
Headstands and handstands
At Levelup, we do not allow the practice of handstands and headstands in our hot rooms due to safety reasons.
Equipment and Props
Props must only be used during classes, as directed by the class instructor. Handweights must never be used by members whenever they like. Additionally, members are not allowed to bring their own equipment into the studio. When used, members are to return all used props, such as blocks, bands, and handweights, to their designated storage or sanitizing area. When carrying handweights, always use both hands.
Membership Issues
Please direct all membership inquiries to info@leveluphotyoga.ca as soon as possible. Kindly note that we cannot accommodate any backdated requests, and members are required to provide at least 7 days' notice for any general requests affecting their membership. For further details, please refer to the Membership Contract Agreement available in the member profile account.
Code of Conduct
We kindly ask all members to be mindful and respectful during classes and throughout your visit. This means supporting fellow members on their fitness journeys and being considerate when using our facilities and studio space. Please make sure to comply with our studio protocols, policies, and guidelines, which are regularly updated on our website or posted on-site.
Staff-only areas
Please refrain from entering staff-only areas, including the laundry, staff room, and storage. These spaces are designated for employees to ensure smooth operation and privacy.
Parking and Transit
Enjoy complimentary parking all day on weekends! During weekdays, from Monday to Friday, free parking is limited to a maximum of 2 hours between 9 AM and 5 PM. After 5 PM, feel free to park as long as you're using our facility. Please note that our studio is not responsible for any parking violations, incidents, or accidents that may occur on or around the premises. Plus, TTC Bayview Station is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away!
Massage Booking and Cancellation
Please note that pre-booking is required through our app or website; we do not accept walk-ins. New patients must create an account and complete all necessary Health Forms online before arriving. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for your convenience, allowing you to easily cancel through the app or reminder email. A $60 fee automatically applies for late cancellations or no-shows, and gift certificates will be forfeited for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. If you feel unwell on the day of your appointment, please contact the Therapist directly to avoid charges.
Registered massage therapists code of practice
Massage Therapists are trained professionals who specialize in using manual techniques to manipulate soft tissues in the body, promoting relaxation and overall wellness. Unlike licensed medical professionals, as doctors or physical therapists, massage therapists do not diagnose or prescribe treatment for specific medical conditions. Their focus is on providing therapeutic massage to enhance well-being, rather than addressing specific medical issues. It is important for clients to consult with a licensed medical professional for any diagnosed health concerns.
Group Fitness Instructor code of practice
Group Fitness Instructors are health and fitness professionals who design well-structured and balanced fitness classes or workouts for a diverse group of participants. They are trained to demonstrate skills necessary for safe and effective group instruction and are equipped with comprehension of fundamental scientific concepts related to exercise science. Group Fitness Instructors do not diagnose or treat areas of pain or disease and will always refer participants with such needs to health care professionals.
Scooters and Bicycle
Scooters with batteries are not permitted in the studio. We are not responsible for scooters that are left at the front desk area. Bicycles must be parked at the designated places around Bayview Village Shopping Centre.

Please be aware that our studio is not responsible for any theft or accidents inside or outside our studio premises.
