This will ensure you adjust well and enjoy your time in our studio while practicing. We respect everyone and ask that you respect our space in return. Thank you for being a valued part of our community!

Understanding Studio Hours

Please arrive no more than 20 minutes before your class begins, check in at the front desk using the self-scanner or by mentioning your name. If you arrive early, kindly wait until we are ready to welcome you. Our studio keeps the main doors locked during and outside of class times. Let's say if a first class starts at 5 pm, our door will open at 4:40 pm.

Pre-register for your class

By doing so, we know you're attending, and you must check in at the front desk. This prevents accidental late-cancellation and no-show fees. Members are responsible for checking in. All payments must be completed prior to class; no exceptions. After class, members are required to exit the room promptly to allow time for turnover and studio disinfection.

Late-Cancels and No-Shows

Please note that to cancel a class, we require a minimum of three (3) hours' notice to avoid a fee or receive a class credit. We do not accept any cancellations through phone calls or emails. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee of $15, and your class will not be rescheduled. The penalty fee is subject to change, so please check for the most current rate. Additionally, drop-in classes will be marked as used.

Arrive Late

To ensure a smooth start for everyone, please be on your mat when class begins. Once our main doors are locked, latecomers will not be admitted. On waitlisted classes, you will risk your spot being given away to others, plus your attendance will be marked as a no-show, incurring the applicable fee. Please arrive early!

Wait-List

Join our waitlist if a class is fully booked for a chance to secure a spot! If a space opens up, you'll be automatically enrolled and notified via email. Please remember, a late-cancel fee or penalty applies if you cancel in less than 3 hours before the class starts. Additionally, if you're late, your reserved spot be released to another member on the waitlist just before class begins. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins.
