HOT YOGA
Join us for a revitalizing Hot Yoga practice that focuses on the health of your spine while enhancing balance and flexibility. Featuring the same 26 postures, each session lasts for 60 minutes Suitable for all levels, be prepared for a hot and sweaty experience!

ZUMBA
Zumba is an exciting medium-intensity dance fitness workout that effectively burns calories, drawing inspiration from Latin and global rhythms. This format fuses basic pre-choreographed dance and fitness moves in an interval training style. Enjoy a comprehensive total body that includes all aspects of fitness—cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, coordination,, and an energy boost, ensuring you leave class with a rush of endorphins! This class is suitable for ages 18 and older and takes place in a non-heated environment.

VINYASA YOGA

Yin Yoga is a passive Yoga practice that involves holding postures for 3 to 5 minutes to deeply stimulate the connective tissues, joints, and bones of the body. During this practice, the muscles in the targeted areas are relaxed, allowing for greater flexibility release. The class is conducted in a non-heated environment at room temperature to ensure maximum benefits.
