We are thrilled about the upcoming launch of this exclusive 2026 New Year's workshop led by Natasha and Dr. Victoria Sharko DC. Due to limited space, we suggest reserving your spot early to secure your participation. This is an experience you won't want to miss!

Natasha Ming brings over a decade of experience in Yoga techniques and has recently acquired expertise in hot stone therapy. Dr. Victoria Sharko is a chiropractor trained in acupuncture and cupping treatments.

Workshop Overview

This workshop encompasses a unique and holistic approach to wellness, integrating various therapeutic modalities such as Yin Yoga, Acupuncture, Cupping, and Hot Stone Treatment. Each of these practices contributes to a comprehensive experience aimed at fostering deep relaxation and facilitating emotional and physical release.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga serves as the foundation of this workshop, focusing on passive stretches that target the connective tissues, ligaments, and joints. Unlike more dynamic forms of yoga, Yin Yoga encourages practitioners to hold poses for an extended period, typically ranging from three to five minutes. This prolonged engagement allows for a profound deepening of the stretches, promoting increased flexibility and circulation. Participants will find themselves immersed in a meditative state, allowing for introspection and a release of pent-up stress and tension. The practice also emphasizes mindfulness, encouraging individuals to tune into their bodies and breathe deeply, creating a serene environment conducive to relaxation.

Acupuncture

Following the Yin Yoga session, participants will be introduced to Acupuncture, a time-honored practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. This technique involves the insertion of fine needles into specific points on the body to stimulate energy flow, known as "Qi." The goal of Acupuncture is to balance the body's energies, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being. Through this ancient practice, participants may experience relief from stress, anxiety, and physical discomfort, contributing to a sense of holistic rejuvenation. The calming effects of Acupuncture can further deepen the relaxation initiated by the Yin Yoga, allowing for a seamless transition into a state of tranquility.

Cupping Therapy

The workshop will also include Cupping Therapy, which involves placing special cups on the skin to create suction. This technique is known for its ability to promote blood flow, reduce muscle tension, deepen faschia stretch and aid in the recovery of sore muscles. Cupping can also help to release toxins from the body and improve overall circulation, leaving participants feeling revitalized. The sensation of the cups can be both invigorating and soothing, providing a unique experience that complements the calming effects of the previous modalities. Participants will appreciate the opportunity to explore this ancient practice, which has been utilized for centuries to enhance physical health and promote relaxation.

Hot Stone Treatment

To round out this transformative experience, the workshop will feature a Hot Stone Treatment. This therapy involves the use of smooth, heated stones placed on specific points of the body, which helps to relax muscles and alleviate tension. The warmth of the stones penetrates deeply into the muscles, enhancing the effects of the preceding therapies. This treatment not only provides physical relief but also offers a profound sense of comfort and nurturing. Participants will find themselves enveloped in warmth, allowing for a deeper connection to their bodies and a greater sense of peace.

Conclusion

By the end of this workshop, participants will leave feeling thoroughly nurtured and rejuvenated, equipped with a renewed sense of energy and calmness as they prepare to embrace the new year. The combination of Yin Yoga, Acupuncture, Cupping, and Hot Stone Treatment creates a powerful synergy that promotes not just physical relaxation but also emotional release and mental clarity. This holistic approach ensures that attendees are not only ready to face the challenges ahead but also carry with them a sense of balance and well-being into the new year.
