With over a decade of experience, I specialize in Deep Tissue, Fascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping, Reflexology, Swedish, and Pre/Post-Natal Massage. My approach focuses on relieving pain, improving mobility, and supporting recovery from injury and chronic conditions.

Passionate about education, I mentor Massage Therapy students and guide new grads through board exam prep. Outside of work, you’ll find me recharging at a Hot Yoga or Pilates class at Levelup.
