This helps her create a personalized treatment plan to support your well-being.

Transform your spine health with a Hot Yoga class designed to improve balance, flexibility, strength, and resilience through 26 original Hot Yoga postures. Each 60- or 90-minute session boosts metabolism and cardiovascular activity, reduces stress, and supports healthy skin. Heated class. Suitable for all levels.

HOT VINYASA YOGA

Join us for a rejuvenating Hot Vinyasa Yoga class to stretch, breathe, balance, and flow. Each session features a unique, music-supported sequence of familiar poses that builds upper body and core strength while improving flexibility in the hips, shoulders, and spine. We also offer non-heated Vinyasa in our Teaser room.

HOT HIIT YOGA

A fun, high-energy class blending dynamic yoga-inspired flows with a mix of high-intensity intervals. Bodyweight moves sculpt and tone while keeping your heart rate up, then the session ends with restorative poses to unwind and relax. Medium heated class.

YOGA SCULPT

Yoga Sculpt focuses on building strength and intensity by blending power yoga flow with a holistic approach. Move through slow, controlled sequences with added hand weights, then finish with familiar yoga stretches to cool down. This is a mild-heated class.

MAT-PILATES

Join our non-heated Mat-Pilates class for a low-impact, full-body workout that boosts flexibility, mobility, and agility for all fitness levels. Enjoy mindful movement and deep breathing while using small props like magic circles and balls to enhance your practice in a supportive environment.

YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga is a passive practice where postures are held for 3 to 5 minutes to deeply stimulate connective tissues, joints, and bones while keeping muscles relaxed for improved flexibility. It is done at room temperature and offers a relaxing, meditative experience that builds inner awareness.

VIN TO YIN

Vin to Yin is a dynamic yoga class that energizes the body and mind, then slows into longer, restorative stretches for relaxation and inner peace. Flow through poses that balance strength and serenity, and leave feeling unwound and renewed.

ZUMBA

Zumba is a medium-intensity dance fitness class inspired by Latin and global rhythms, combining pre-choreographed dance and fitness moves in an interval style to burn calories. It offers a total-body workout with cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, coordination, and an energy boost. The class is for ages 18+ in a non-heated space, and participants must bring indoor non-marking shoes.
