Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 Yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a room heated to 40°C + 40% humidity. The prescribed order is designed to stretch every system in the body from inside out. Regular practice has been proven to improve vitality, strength, focus, concentration, balance and overall well being. Classes with music are indicated when booking the class.

Hot Hiit Yoga
Fun, energetic, challenging, full-body, high-intensity workout. Performed on a yoga mat in a heated room with energetic music, Amazing bodyweight workout that strengthens muscles and burns fat. All fitness levels welcome but expect a challenge! No props needed except for your Yoga mat.
Vinyasa Flo Yoga
A dynamic practice connecting breath to movement by working through a series of sun salutations, transitioning smoothly from one posture to the next. Move stagnant energy whilst energizing and purifying the body. Works on your mobility, flexibility, focus, muscle strength, and cardiovascular system. A grounding practice that brings balance and playfulness into your yoga routine!
Sculpt practice has a strong focus on strength and intensity incorporating power yoga flow with light hand-weights and has a mental and hollistic approach to it. Slow and controlled, fun sequencing, winding down with a familiar yoga stretch at the end of class. A must try for all movement lovers! Medium heated room.
A more passive and slow paced class that can be quite challenging due to poses that are held for longer periods of time. Aiming to increase circulation to the joints, poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body to stimulate deep into the ligaments and bones. A relaxing and meditative class to cultivate awareness in your inner sanctuary while working on relaxing the muscles and improve flexibility of your body.
Expect a high energy HIIT class with pumped music to work your entire body. Low impact. Amazing way to increase endurance and build strength. Learn our signature moves that are effective abs, core and glute training. Fun and high energy heated cardio workout to sweat and burn calories! All fitness levels.
