Hot Yoga
Part A: History & Hot Yoga Culture, Human Anatomy and Yoga Physiology (20 hrs)
Part B: Hot Vinyasa Flo Asanas & Sequencing (50 hrs)
Part C: Hot Yoga 26 Asanas & Beginner Dialogue (Bikram Yoga) (50 hrs)
Teaching Methodology, Ethics and Professionalism (10 hrs)
Hot Yoga Culture and Philosphy, History of Vinyasa & Hatha Yoga (20 hrs)
Practice (50 hrs)
Theory and Practical Tests (10 hrs)
Candidates must have been practicing Hot Yoga for a while and have a sincere desire to maintain and teach its benefits to others. Our Hot Yoga Teacher Certification will equip you with the knowledge to teach the 26 Hot Yoga asanas and sequence a Hot Vinyasa Flo effectively in a hot room.
Practicing Yoga in a hot room has been proven and experienced by millions around the world to positively impact the physical body and challenge the mental strength. Learn how the internal organs, veins, ligaments and muscles benefit from the Yoga postures helping to maintain their optimum health and maximum function.
Learn how to sequence an effective Vinyasa Flo class without compensating the quality of breath and energy. Practicing Yoga in a hot room can be challenging but has proven to greatly improve the overall flexibility, mobility and the quality of life. You will gain the necessary knowledge and confidence to teach in a hot room without compensating any benefits of the original Hot Yoga sequence.
At the end of this course program, graduates will be awarded with an exclusive LYPA Hot Yoga Teacher Certificate. The right candidate will be offered to participate in our Hot Yoga new teachers program where he or she will be able to teach real live classes in our studio.

Free parking can be provided in the building lot by making prior arrangements with the studio at registration. Recommended to travel with TTC as the Bayview station is located just 2 minutes away. Loblaws and Bayview Village at 8-10 minutes walking distance away for food and beverage if needed.
